I absolutely loved cookies and cream blizzards as a kid. If I could get one treat at anytime during my childhood that would have been it. Wow does this cupcake take me right back to my childhood but with an adult cheesecake twist. This is a chocolate fudge cupcake filled with cheesecake batter and a mini Oreo cookie (mmm that is like the surprise in the bottom of the cereal box) These are topped with a cookies and cream buttercream icing and a couple additional Oreo cookies just for good measure :) Enjoy!
